Location: On-Site | Yreka VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 807 S. Main St., Yreka, CA 96097 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm (Clinic Operating Hours); 8:00am–4:30pm Patient Schedule Hours
