Training Lead Artemis is seeking a full-time Training Lead to plan, create, and deliver training that equips the Veteran and Family Member Program (VFMP) workforce to adopt new processes, software, and automations delivered under the VFMP Modernization Portfolio. This role develops training plans and materials, delivers instructor-led and web-based training events, and measures transfer of learning so staff adopt new systems with the lowest resistance within six months of implementation.
