Assistant Dental Office Manager

We are looking for a Patient Care Consultant (Operations Lead) to meet one-on-one with patients, review treatment plans, and help them understand procedures, insurance benefits, and payment options. You will track consultations and follow-ups using practice management and CRM tools, support scheduling and coordination, and use performance metrics to improve patient and practice outcomes.
