Seeking a Director, Learning and Development to set the strategic direction of Instructional Design and lead learning innovation across TAG. You will establish learning design standards, govern quality, and drive an AI-enabled learning agenda through pilots, proofs of concept, and scalable adoption. The role includes senior leadership, coaching, and cross-functional partnership across enterprise L&D.
