About The Role
Our Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine Service Experience Associates (Service Trainee) assist with service department processes to ensure an elevated client experience. The SEA will be trained to complete necessary tasks involved throughout the service experience to ultimately improve overall communication and experience for our clients. Service Drive Process - Assist ASM with daily activities to ensure expedited client updates
