Occupational Therapist

Responsible to provide specialist occupational therapy interventions to adult and pediatric patients within the chronic specialist rehabilitation setting. Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, using evidence based and client centered principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
