PRACTICE MANAGER - BEEBE PRIMARY CARE MILLVILLE & SELBYVILLE

Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the practice which includes, but is not limited to: providing supervision and direction to the practice staff, able to assist in training new staff members and assist in continued training for existing staff, conducting monthly and/or weekly staff meetings, promoting customer service, constantly analyzing operations, and attempting to improve processes, in order to provide better patient services and improve the revenue cycle, maintain favorable relations between physicians, patients, hospital administration and Medical Group departments, and supervising staff performing revenue cycle activities ensuring daily adherence to policies regarding scheduling, pre-registration, registration, charge capture, point of service payments,...
