The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a vital member of the Senior Leadership team, overseeing all financial activities for Berkley Oil & Gas. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and directing functions such as accounting, financial reporting, information analysis, expense control, annual statements, and financial planning/forecasting. The CFO develops and enforces financial and accounting controls to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and plays a key role in strategic business planning to support the financial success of each operating unit. -
