About The Role
The Wintel Server Support Co-Op will be fully integrated into the Server Support environment, gaining hands-on experience in systems administration, participating in agile processes, and collaborating with multiple teams across BTS while supporting internal stakeholders and learning to resolve real-world IT issues. • Draft communications • Participate in backlog refinement • Assist with sprint planning • Perform SharePoint administration and repository cleanup
