Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

Nautilus Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join their team. This role is located in our Scottsdale, AZ office on a hybrid schedule. As a strategic partner, the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner works with the Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) and Operating Unit Leadership to align and support the VP HR with the talent strategy and operating unit strategic initiatives.
