About the Role BlueGrace is looking for a UX/UI Designer to help take our transportation management system (BlueShip) to the next level. This is a hands-on role that blends audit and improvement work with genuine creative opportunity. You will evaluate what we have today, identify where the experience breaks down, and build something more cohesive, more efficient, and more competitive in the marketplace. Working closely with product, engineering, and operations, you will redesign key workflows, establish a consistent visual language, and make the platform work better for the logistics professionals who rely on it every day.
