Support the department in upholding governance of Group Management Product Approval Policies and Procedures for all products, services, and e-banking channels across CIMB entities via the Management Product Approval Committee (MPAC).
Secretariat role to Management Product Approval Committee (MPAC).
Custodian of Product Playbook and Administrator for Product Playbook Repository and MPAP Bankwide Workflow Solution (BWS) system.
