Telehealth Practice Manager

The Practice Manager provides operational leadership for Abode Care Partners’ new telehealth practice—a scaling, multi-state model delivering virtual clinical care to older adults and medically complex patients in close collaboration with other BrightSpring Health Services businesses, such as Home Health. Telehealth partners may span a range of care settings and referral sources, including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and health system partners, bringing virtual clinical care to patients across settings.
