Diabetes Education Specialist

The Certified Diabetes Educator delivers comprehensive services to bridge the gap between clinical and self-management aspects of diabetes and disease prevention for those patients with ant at risk for prediabetes, type 1, and type 2 diabetes in children and adolescents.
