This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects — from new‑build superstructures to complex substructure assessments — while helping shape the future growth of our team. 🔧 About the Role As a key member of our Structural Engineering division, you will: Carry out structural inspections, condition assessments, and technical design audits Review and appraise structural risks across a wide range of building projects Manage day‑to‑day project delivery and attend client and design team meetings Produce clear, high‑quality technical reports Stay up to date with developments in structural engineering standards and best practice Support senior leadership in developing new business opportunities This role offers the chance to work independently and collaboratively, with exposure to both new construction and existing building assessments. 🎯 What You’ll Deliver High‑quality technical outputs Strong client relationships and satisfaction Reliable, consistent project delivery 🧠 Experience & Skills We’re Looking For Strong background in civil and structural engineering Experience in structural inspections and structural design Knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry design to British Standards and Eurocodes High‑rise building design experience (advantageous) Excellent communication and technical report‑writing skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Passion for engineering quality, innovation, and continuous improvement 🎓 Qualifications Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Chartered status (CEng) with ICE or IStructE Membership of a relevant professional institution 🌟 Why Join Us?
