Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description/Responsibilities The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and a safe working environment. This role oversees team performance, coordinates logistics, and partners across departments to support production and distribution goals. You’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving processes, and building a strong, engaged team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Supervise and lead warehouse team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management Oversee receiving, storage, and shipment of materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system updates Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Partner with shipping, logistics, and operations teams to optimize workflow and resolve issues Qualifications/Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes Preferred: Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing environments Familiarity with continuous improvement practices (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution or manufacturing setting Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout a shift Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions
