Lead Terminal Operator

As Lead Terminal Operator, you will lead the safe and effective day-to-day operations of the terminal and pipeline gathering system. You will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and training Operators while ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the pipeline gathering system and terminal. As a hands-on leader, you'll work alongside the operations team to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations while fostering a culture of teamwork and operational excellence in alignment with SECURE's vision, mission, and values.
