Identity and Access Management Team Lead

WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking a experienced and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead to support IAM operations and drive key initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional with 7–9 years of IAM experience and demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide team members. The IAM Team Lead will provide day-to-day technical leadership, ensure operational excellence in identity governance, and partner with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable access solutions.
