Significantly contribute to the strategy, development and oversight of planning tasks for water resource projects involving water supply, wastewater, stormwater, groundwater, and recycled water.- Technical guidance and mentoring of junior staff on water demand forecasting, flow projections, conservation, and water supply planning projects.- Independently develop and apply long-range and mid-range demand forecast using tools and models, including assessments of risk and uncertainty.- Guide work of junior staff related to spatial and temporal data processing.- Independently evaluate opportunities, develop strategies, and estimate effectiveness of water conservation and efficiency measures.- Alternatives analysis and decision support.- Support stakeholder engagement...
