About The Role

Responsible for providing rates to PM’s, billers and upper management as requested- Assist Payroll Manager/Payroll Specialists with processing semi-monthly payroll- Backup other members of the payroll team as needed- Uploading records to ADP, while ensuring data integrity throughout the process- Reconcile payroll batch transmission and validate confirmed reports- Process and maintain payroll for Leave of Absence- Process manual payments for late or incorrect timesheets- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits, and provide guidance to employees when needed- Provide great customer service by responding to employee requests and ad-hoc reporting requests with timely and accurate information.- Employment Verifications- Special Payroll projects as needed-...
