Watch Floor Trainer Shift Lead

The Watch Floor Trainer develops, maintains, and updates training materials and documentation necessary to ensure smooth delivery of operational support across the watch floor; delivers onboarding, refresher, and cross-task training in support of personnel assigned to all shifts; and assists in onboarding new personnel, including arranging initial badging, facility familiarization, and SCIF access. This role includes performing as shift lead on the watch floor, as needed and as scheduled.
