About The Role

Build relationships with CHAI's country and program leadership teams to develop, lead, and/or support execution of market-shaping strategies and programs globally and in-country.- Provide inspiration and thought leadership to peers and team members as a member of GMT's Senior Leadership Team (reporting to the VP/head of GMT).- Work alongside the VP to define, build, and maintain a “fit for purpose” GMT structure, including a “One Team” approach with program and country teams.- Lead and manage a high-performing, diverse team based in the US, India, Africa, and Europe, working cross-functionally to deliver on GMT and program goals.- Enlist, develop, and mentor high-potential talent.- Hold budgetary responsibility for the team; potentially manage GMT grants and/or co-manage large...
