About The Role

The Firefighter is responsible for performing fire suppression and rescue activities as part of a response team at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and surrounding communities during mutual aid scenarios. Physical fitness and full duty status are essential. The Firefighter must wear protective gear, including structural bunker gear, HazMat suits, self-contained breathing apparatus, Class 3 harness, and other required ensembles.
