About The Role

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to provide direct, recovery-oriented support to individuals receiving mental health services. In this role, you will work closely with consumers in community-based settings to promote independence, stability, and overall wellness while upholding Chestnut’s commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care. This role is Full-Time Monday through Friday, Daytime hours.
