Housing Clinician PT

Chestnut Health Systems™ is seeking a part-time Housing Clinician to provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed mental health services to individuals involved in housing programs. This role supports consumers in achieving stability, wellness, and independence through individualized, person-centered care delivered in both office and community-based settings. The Housing Clinician plays a critical role in assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, and coordination with internal teams and community partners, particularly those supporting housing stability and substance use recovery.
