Meter Severance Technician

We have a career opportunity for a Meter Severance Technician to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for making in person visits to the premises of customers who are delinquent on their gas/water/wastewater accounts or are suspected of unauthorized consumption of utility services. To minimize customer dissatisfaction and IURC complaints, the incumbent must exercise customer service skills. Incumbent is responsible for making contact with and determining if customers have paid on their delinquent accounts.
