Your Role We are seeking a Business Unit Director for France to lead an experienced team through a period of change and integration. Based in Fontenay-sous-Bois and responsible for a team of approximately 50 people, you will ensure continuity of our laryngectomy performance while accelerating the momentum of our tracheostomy business. Your leadership will be instrumental in: Maintaining and strengthening a culture built on patient focus, collaboration, and growth Delivery of the Annual Business Plan and the longer term 5-year Coloplast strategy Responsibility for the full P&L for the Atos Business Unit Driving engagement, clarity, and performance across all teams Ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals This role is a key part of the Region Europe North and South and offers significant growth potential for a leader who thrives on ownership, influence, and impact. Your Profile We are looking for a leader with: Experience in the French healthcare landscape , ideally with strong exposure to local healthcare dynamics, pathways, and decision‑making structures Proven ability to grow and optimize complex commercial models , B2B (ICU Business), and B2C A proven track record of leading complex teams or organisations , particularly through periods of change or integration Outstanding people leadership skills , with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower first‑line managers and wider teams.
