JOB DESCRIPTION- STEM CELL TRANSPLANT - PER DIEM Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • The Advanced Practice Nurse will function within the scope of practice as defined by the state nurses practice act, delineation of privileges set forth by the practice setting and the American Nurses’ Association Code of Ethics.
