About The Role

The Recreation Lead is responsible for the development, planning, organization, implementation of recreation programs for Suncadia Resort guests and Suncadia Club members. Must professionally manage the daily operations of the Recreation Pavilion and Nelson Farm, including; family activities, axe throwing, archery, bike, boat, and other recreation equipment. Work directly with contracted vendors to offer full service outdoor pursuits. Participate as a leader at the Resort in building teamwork, effectiveness of services and the overall character of the resort experience.
