OT/PT Supervisor - Early Intervention

The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking an OT/PT Supervisor to plan, direct, and monitor provision of Early Intervention Occupational and Physical therapy services to individuals eligible for Cuyahoga DD services. The nature of work will include, but is not limited to the following: - Direct and oversee the activities and work practices of OT and PT staff serving the early intervention population. Monitor staff regarding adherence to policies and procedures for therapy provision, clinical practice and ethical standards. Assign referrals and prioritize therapists’ caseloads based on operation and emergent needs. -
