Senior Maintenance Technician

Responsible for performing installations, maintenance and repairs of plumbing, carpentry, and painting work in retail stores, warehouses, office buildings, and other facilities. Occasionally responsible for providing guidance to other technicians. This associate must have reliable personal transportation and be able to travel daily to various locations within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The associate will perform strenuous work on a regular basis.
