About The Role

The Senior Building Engineer provides leadership, technical support, guidance and hands-on experience for the operation and maintenance of two 100,000 Sf Class A commercial office buildings. This position is responsible for maintaining all base building systems and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge of commercial building systems to effectively perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs that support optimal building performance.
