About The Role

Lead the development of systems and assigned personnel to improve the effectiveness of engineering and maintenance services to achieve continuous improvement in plant reliability and operating results. Work to continuously reduce unplanned downtime and equipment failure.
Develop technical resources to meet process and product technical support requirements. Specific expertise in plant systems is required to represent plant needs in project development and design work.
