About The Role

The Lead Product Engineer is a Senior Engineer who will work as a key part of the Engineering Team. The Lead Product Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, release, and validation of battery packs for customized applications in the industrial and low voltage automotive market segments. The Lead Product Engineer will evaluate user requirements to create product specifications and validation goals for complex projects. The Lead Product Engineer will collaborate and communicate with the engineering, sales, and customer facing teams to help design products within the company.
