Building Maintenance Specialist

The Facilities Maintenance and Systems Specialist (FMSS) reports to the Maintenance Manager but takes daily direction from the Crew Lead. The FMSS supports all facility maintenance and monitoring systems, practices and procedures to ensure all buildings and its equipment are operating optimally and meeting all equipment and client specifications/requirements. Additionally, the FMSS supports the scheduling of preventive and reactive maintenance work for the crew they support. The FMSS also monitors and updates the facility CMMS (Planon) ensuring all Priority 1 and 2 (P1 and P2) work orders are responded to, updated and communicated correctly through TEAMS, Planon, email or phone as required.
