Southern Industrial Constructors Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Training to work out of our Raleigh, NC office. The Training Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s training and workforce development strategy to ensure employees possess the skills, knowledge, and certifications required to safely and effectively perform their jobs.
