About The Role

The Manager, Military Outreach will be responsible for the execution of EMCOR Group Inc.’s military talent outreach and hiring strategy, partnering closely with EMCOR’s operating companies and EMCOR’s Vice President – Continuous Improvement. This role will focus on building sustainable recruiting pipelines for transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses. This manager-level role will serve as a subject matter expert on military talent pathways, including Military Occupational Specialties (MOS), ratings, SkillBridge opportunities, and veteran/military partnership networks.
