Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller supports the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance in a publicly traded environment. This role helps ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, company policies, and applicable regulatory standards. The Assistant Controller provides day-to-day leadership for accounting processes, supports project-based accounting within the electrical contracting industry, and helps develop a high-performing accounting team through coaching, review, and process improvement. #dynor
