Sr. Payroll Specialist

Heritage Mechanical is seeking a Sr. Payroll Specialist to process the organization’s weekly payroll functions (in house from beginning to end), ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance. This individual must have strong analytical thinking skills, an attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines, and most importantly, the ability to retain confidential information. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, efficient typing ability (data entry), and familiarity with Microsoft Office are a requirement.
