About The Role

The Mortgage Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the credit union’s mortgage and home equity compliance program to ensure adherence to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, investor eligibility requirements, and internal policies. This role manages compliance monitoring, HMDA reporting, fair lending support, and QC processes while supporting audit readiness, investor and regulatory alignment.
