Care Coordinator Supervisor (Children)

The Care Coordinator Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of Care Coordinators operations within the Health Home Servicing Children (HHSC) division. The HHSC Care Coordinator Supervisor monitors the departmental phone queue to ensure quality of calls between the care manager, members and providers. The HHSC Care Coordinator Supervisor conducts new hire training and continued training for all clinical staff.
