Director of Specialty

The Director of Specialty Services provides operational and strategic leadership for Essen Health Care’s specialty care programs. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, provider engagement, and service line growth across multiple specialty departments. The Director collaborates closely with physician leadership, practice administrators, and executive leadership to strengthen specialty access, improve patient outcomes, and drive operational excellence.
