Market Branch Manager: Yucca Valley

The Market Branch Manager oversees the branch experience at their respective branch. Builds a service and sales culture centered on making members financial dreams come true. Maintains sound operations through compliance to security policies. Coach, mentor, train and lead branch management and branch staff to align with the organization’s core competencies of one team. This position will spend 50% of their time will be dedicated to business development and community efforts outside of the branch. 40% of their time will be dedicated to lobby management, coaching, deepening member relationships, and providing sales and service techniques. The remaining 10% will be conducting various branch operational duties as outlined below.
