Senior HR Change Manager

The Senior Human Resources Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Human Resource Management System (HRMS) modernization and implementation program. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across Project Management Office (PMO) functions, SaaS system implementation, and enterprise-wide change management to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The position serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, HR, payroll, IT, vendors, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
