About The Role

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field from regionally accredited not-for-profit College or University. • Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or similar preferred. • Five (5) years of experience in human resources with a least two (2) years in employee relations, training and development, and strategic HR alignment. • Experience with a variety of work teams preferred (manufacturing, technology, administration, field sales, and field technical support). • Professional certification in human resources preferred. • Project management certification preferred. • International experience helpful.
