About The Role

Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business leadership team, the Senior HR Business Partner- Remote will coach senior leaders, managers, and employees while delivering talent, leadership, and organizational solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.This role will be regionally based in the Pacific Coast Zone providing both strategic and hands-on HR partnership for an employee population of 804. This regional zone includes operations across Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Alaska and Hawaii.
