Change Management Partner III

The Change Management Partner will play a key role in supporting key transformational change initiatives across the organization. This role will collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure effective planning, execution and sustainment of change management plans that support the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a flexible and creative change management practitioner with a proven track record of managing complex transformations and fostering a positive change culture.
