Associate - Business Transformation

The Business Transformation Associate position is primarily focused on the leading Business Transformation (“BT”) initiatives. This role will assist with requirements setting, process and system documentation, leading user acceptance testing, and articulating technical concepts to non-technical users to align with the Firm's strategic Initiatives while working with Firm's Business Customer and Hines Technology and Data teams (and or external vendor technology).
