About The Role

As a Building Lead Engineer with Hines, you will report directly to the Chief Engineer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Operate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related equipment to maintain the established operating criteria within the guidelines set forth by the Supervisor and Hines Standards. - Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related equipment. - Make adjustments and changes to fire alarm and life safety systems as directed by Supervisor. - Perform repairs, maintenance and replacement of building furnishings and other building components. - Participate in the water treatment chemical programs as set forth by a...
