About The Role

This role owns the performance, growth, and strategic direction of assigned Partners within HireRight’s Managed ATS Partner portfolio. The position ensures each partnership delivers measurable commercial value, strong field execution, and a differentiated customer experience. The Strategic Alliances Manager is accountable for maximizing partner-sourced revenue, maintaining partner health, and aligning each partnership to HireRight’s broader go-to-market strategy. This role will either be based in Nashville, TN (hybrid) or remotely in the United States.
